Robert D. Birdsell

 

Robert D Birdsell is a consultant with Grahall Partners, LLC.  Over his 30-year career, he has specialized in the efficient funding of benefit liabilities for corporations and he has become a specialist in the securities industry having worked with several dozen securities firms over the past 15 years.  He has developed highly specialized concepts designed to both attract new talented financial consultants and executives as well as to retain existing consultants. Bob’s objective is to develop a comprehensive wealth management strategy for the executive and financial consultants.  Mr.. Birdsell  recently developed exclusive and elite executive benefit programs which address the need for change in the non-qualified benefit arena including alternative to the traditional retirement plans commonly used before 408A was implemented.

 

He has written numerous articles on the subject and presented and spoken to peer professionals in Compensation Consulting, Law, Accounting and Insurance on the tools and intricacies of total wealth planning and executive benefits for the executive suite.

 

Mr. Birdsell was a founding member of Capital Financial Group, LLC and was a Principal with Clark Consulting and formerly  a  Managing Director of RCG, Retirement Capital Group of San Diego prior to joining Grahall.  He continues to work with these firms and their Clientss. 

 

Bob received a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the Loras College and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter professional designation from the American College.  He is married and has four grown children.
