Robert Cirkiel

Robert Cirkiel is the senior actuarial Consultant for Grahall, specializing in employee benefits. As a veteran with more than 35 years of actuarial insurance and consulting experience, he is primarily focused on large and middle market Clientss whose expertise has enabled him to advise some of the largest organizations in the world.

Robert performs and advises Clientss on total rewards strategy valuation and analysis, including employee and executive benefits analysis and design as well as operational audits, internal controls, risk based capital, and many other types of analyses and audits.

Robert graduated from the University of New York at New Paltz with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and is an enrolled actuary under ERISA. Robert has also served as a Vice President and Partner at Hay Group’s Philadelphia and Metro New York offices and was the National Actuarial Practice Leader – Health and Welfare Benefits while at the Hay Group.

His active memberships include the American Academy of Actuaries, the Health Care Reform Workgroup, the Disease Management Work Group, and the Quality Work Group. He is a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries and Associate of the Society of Actuaries. Speaking engagements have included various conferences, seminars, national television, and radio. He has been quoted on topics such as managed care, medical cost control, benefits and aging, selling, and emerging benefits programs.
